Half-tiles present and frontis. portrait of Taplin in volume one. Orig. full calf matching binding with gilt ruled compartments and red morocco labels. Internally very clean and tight. Attractive plain calf binding, rubbed and cracked joints with front board of volume one loose. volume one is dated 1791 and volume two has no date but is called 'a new edition carefullt corrected. The first volume is advertised at seven shillings and sixpence bound and the second volume at 7s so may be slightly earlier than the first volume. Price: 165.00 GBP
